The setting of hotel was marvellous, to shops & restaurants. Moreover, it was near Hyannis and mid Cape. Greatly enjoyed our rooms with comfortable beds. Having a hair dryer and bath sheets was a bonus.

Our hotel was in a marvellous and perfect location to the boats to the islands. Spent our evenings in nearby British Beer Company enjoying drinks and atmosphere.

We got 1 night in this hotel, liked it. There were plenty of restaurants to eat, like Pizza Barbone that was only 5 minutes' walk away.

The room I booked was cleaned and available with comfortable beds and a fridge, as for instance. Location: the hotel was short walk to shops, center of town and all the shops and restaurants. Also, the venue was within short walking distance to Main Street Hyannis. Lots of goodies for breakfast.

The staff is very attentive and helpful. Perfect location
They don't have an elevator, moving bags up the stairs to a third.. Bedroom and bathroom need an upgrade.

Just a smart choice for one night in Hyannis with great value for the money. The pool was crystal clear, just right for a relaxing evening. Make sure to explore nearby shops and the harbor.

I don't know what happened, they gave us a room with 2 beds and we were only a couple, a little uncomfortable no. We were celebrating our 31st anniversary. I give you an 8 for the bed. from 1-10
if they asked if you were celebrating something special and getting a detail from the hotel would be fantastic.

The attention of the staff was excellent. They advised us on all things to be done.
little far from the beach, it was very close to the main street and port

breakfast is great and staff is very friendly. location is also very good, next to the main street.
The hotel doesn't have an elevator. There's no microwave in the room either. Breakfast is served in the indoor pool area, which is a bit weird, but breakfast is very good

Above all, it has an excellent location in Hyannis, because it is located on the parallel of the main street, and very close to the harbor where the ferries leave for Nantucket. In fact, to avoid finding a parking lot, we walked to the ferry from the hotel.
Breakfast could have better coffee and eggs. It does have good muffins.

location and reception staff are very friendly.
In the room there was a lot of humidity, bathroom floor was always wet and carpet was damp. It looked like the room was dirty. breakfast was good but the breakfast area was not very hygienic.

The room was spacious and quiet, a huge plus. The fridge came in handy, too. Had a nice balcony. Super comfy with lots of space to move around. Definitely felt cozy after a long day. No complaints here!
